The training and capacity building subsidiary of the LMF, Chateko Vocational Institute graduated her first set of trainees recently.
The pioneer trainees, comprising of males and females had undergone a 6 months Basic Garment making course. This lasted between September 2018 through March 2019.
At the onset of the program, the executive director of the foundation, Mrs Rosemary Osikoya had announced full scholarships including practice materials and consumables for all participants.
Of the 24 enrolled trainees, 16 completed the course, wrote NABTEB modular Trade certificate Examination in March 2019. All the enrolled trainees were successful in the certified trade examinations.
